I George Binder, 59; Sanitation Official George Binder, Hamilton County sanitation official, died yesterday at Bethesda Hospital. Mr. Binder, who lived at 3544 Saybrook Hyde Park, was 59 years old. He was superintendent of the Mt. Healthy disposal plant since 1941 when he joined the County Sanitation Department.

He previously had been a foreman for the Ohio State Highway Department. Mr. Binder was a member of the Second Ward Republican Club. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Clara Binder; three daughters.

Mrs. Mildred Ibold, North College Hill; Mrs. Barbara Kreuer, Atlanta and Miss Elaine Binder, Hyde Park: two sons, George J. Binder and Robert Binder, both of Hyde Park: his mother, Mrs. Margaret Binder Schneller, Oakley; a sister, Mrs.

Selma Shorten, Cincinnati, and grandchildren. Requiem High Mass will be sung at 10 a. m. Monday at St. Mary Church, Hyde Park.

Mr. Robertson, a native of Covington, died Thursday at Jewish Hospital, Cincinnati. He lived at 741 Highland Ft. Thomas. He was 61 years old.

He joined the lock firm, then in Covington, in 1922, was elected vice president in 1953. Mr. Robertson also was manager Cincinnati District DiviBathe sion of the Mosler Safe of which the lock company is a subsidiary. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Gladys Robertson; Gladys' a daughter, Mrs.

Harding, Ft. Thomas; a son, Thomas A. Robertson St. Paul, and four grandchildren. Albert Schwartz Albert Schwartz, retired school principal, died yesterday at Bethesda Hospital.

Mr. Schwartz, who lived at 5517 Homer Norwood, was 85 years old. He began in 1898, becoming principal of Linwood School in 1907. In 1913 Mr. Schwartz was made principal of Cummins School where he continued for 25 years until his retirement in 1938.

He was also principal of the former East Night High School from. 1908 Schwartz to 1938. leaves a sister, Mrs. Matilda Goering, Fairview Heights. His wife, Mrs.

5 INJURED As Cars Crash Head-On On Harrison Avenue: Driver Cited Five persons were injured in a two-car crash yesterday morning at 1900 Harrison Ave. An automobile operated by Larry Collier, 23, 2140 Rice went out of control and collided head-on with an automobile operated by Miss Donna Jones, 18. 1734 Fairmount Ave. Collier suffered a possible leg fracture. His mother, Mrs.

Wilson, 49, 2134 Rice and a sisterin-law, Lois Collier, 27, 2140 Rice each recieved bruises. Jones suffered bruises and a passenger in her automobile, Miss Darlene Hussong, 17, 5754 Muddy Creek received face cuts. Collier was cited for reckless driving. All the injured were taken to St. Francis Hospital.

Fumes Kill Four Relining Furnace GADSDEN, May 5 -Four men were killed today after being overcome by gas fumes while working at relining a blast furnace at Republic Steel Corp. The four men were working inside and near the top of the 80-foot tall furnace. Only one of the dead men was employed by Republic Steel. A plant spokesman identified him as Charles Martin a technical operating trainee. The other three victimsall employees of Dawson Contracting Gadsden, the firm relining the furnace- were listed by Republic William Black, Gadsden; and two brothers, Hubert Blakley and Willard Blakley, both of Altoona, Ala.

6 Perish In Fire PITTSBURGH, May 5 (P)- A family of six, including four small children, perished Friday in a fire that engulfed their newly purchased two- story brick dwelling in Pittsburgh Sheraden section. May 5 (P) -Michigan police today questioned in secrecy James Scott Stephens, who admitted shooting two girls to death near Holland, Michigan. They said they would release no information about his statements and planned to start the long drive back to Michigan with the boy. Kadoka police said earlier that Stephens gave a statement admitting the fatal shooting of Carol Gee, 11, and Margaret Chambers, 12, near Holland last Saturday.
