As language service providers, we can and should advise our (potential) clients on the importance of producing translations based on source texts that have already been refined by human language experts, as BDÜ Baden-Württemberg pointed out in a recent post. This synergy results in more accurate, contextually relevant and sound machine translations.For many clients, accuracy and the elimination of errors in machine-translated texts are "part of the package" when working with language professionals.
