  • 6 tbsp Mustard Seed
  • 3 tbsp Kitchen Salt – Cooking Salt – Kosher Salt – Rock Salt – Flake Salt – Kashering Salt
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder – Curcuma Powder
  • 1 cup Mustard Oil
  • 5 units Lemon

Instructions

  • Chop the chilies.

  • Add mustard seeds to a grinder.

  • Take a glass jar and add the chilies and ground mustard.

  • Also, add salt

  • Cover the jar and keep it in sunlight for 3 days.

  • Now, add lemon juice and turmeric.

  • Mix the ingredients well.

  • Keep it in sunlight for another day

  • Take a smoking pot and add mustard oil, heat it well.

  • Pour the oil into the jar.

  • Let the mixture rest for another few days.

  • Serve.
