Codes are provided 48 hours before check-in.
Early Check-in Policy
We are rarely able to offer early check-in. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance team has been through the property, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. Making sure the place looks spectacular for you takes time and needs to be completed prior to your check-in.
We do not allow early check-in or bag drop off.
Community Gate Access:
The gates are manned and you will need to check in with your photo ID and address.

Simply type this address into your GPS and it will take you to the home. This property has anautomatic keypad. Gently place your hand over the keypad, and you will see the numbers illuminate. Enter your Six Digit Code (the digits will be provided in our messaging) & press the * / ✓ in the lower left-hand corner. You will hear the lock open & you can enter!
Parking:
The unit has one designated parking spot in front. All other parking is first come first serve in open areas.
Note: RV Parking is not allowed. Please contact us if you need off-site parking suggestions.

Grocery Deliveries
You may schedule grocery deliveries to go directly to the unit. However, you must be home to receive them. Critters will get into bags left on porches. Drivers will have to show the security guard the app with the address for delivery.
Package Deliveries
If guests want packages delivered, they must be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. The resort charges $10/box PER BOX. This is the resort policy and we do not have any control over it.

Late Check-Out Policy
We need to ensure our next guests can check-in at the appropriate time, that the cleaning service and maintenance team has been through the property, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for the next visit. Therefore, we are unable to allow late check-out unless previously arranged and we do not have guests arriving the same day. Cleaners will arrive promptly at 10 AM.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking, drugs, or illicit substances of any type are allowed on the property.
- No parties or events. Family gatherings are okay so long as they do not exceed the occupancy of the home.
- No pets unless pre-approved.
- Occupancy is to remain exclusively with those in the designated party that booked the reservation unless direct permission from the host is approved.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM
- Please keep all food in the kitchen and downstairs living areas. Food in the bedrooms is not permitted.
- No open food or garbage shall be left after check-out.
- Physical damage to the property shall be reported immediately.
- Please DO NOT use white bath towels to remove make-up or to clean up spills/dirt.
- Please use beach towels at the pool; please do not take the white bath towels to the pool.
- The pool temperature needs to remain between 80 and 85 unless pool heating is requested. This ensures long-term optimal performance & safety during your stay as recommended by professionals.
- The air-conditioner will turn off if you leave the sliding glass doors open for more than 10 minutes.
- Stove is electric and will remain hot even when the burner is not red. So please be careful and do not leave any cooking utensils on the stovetop.
- Everything in the home is inventoried before & after every stay, including but not limited to room decor, dishes, cleaning supplies, soap, remotes, power cords, and attachments, etc. Anything that is missing (without prior notification or agreement of the host) will be replaced at the guest's cost.
- Any violation of house rules may be subject to a fine of up to $500 per offense
TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
- Please bag ALL trash in the 30-gal trash bags that are located under the kitchen sink.
- Please have trash in a porch bin by 7:00 AM daily.
- Place any excess bags next to the container – not on the curb. All containers and/or bags must remain at the trash bin, not at the curb. Valet will not service anything left at the curb.
- NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bags properly.
- All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened, small boxes must be bagged.
- Guest may be subject to a fine of up to $50 for loose trash and spillage found per Resort Policy
PET POLICY
Any visiting dog needs to be pre-approved before you bring it to the home. Please text or email us the details of your pet. Cats and other animals are not allowed. An extra pet cleaning fee is charged per pet for sanitizing the home.
- Please have a plan to crate your dog if left unsupervised while you're out of the home. We do not provide a crate.
- Keep your dog off of the furniture, out of the bedrooms, and on the main floor. We have baby gates to help with this.
- Pick up your dog's waste. All waste must be bagged and cannot be loosely put in the outside trash containers. Please simply add your poop bags to one of the 30-gal trash bags in the container.
- Keep your dog on a leash if outside the property.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort pool area.
- Please do not take your dog to nature areas where Florida wildlife lives.
We provide some starter waste bags for your dog under the sink, but please bring or buy more If needed. We also provide pet spray for any potential accidents, as well as a water/food bowl that is located in the kitchen closet.

Note: Please use beach towels provided in your rental home when visiting the resort pool. Please take them back to your rental when you leave.

2 Full Propane tanks, 1 for the grill and 1 for the fire pit. (You can exchange empty tanks at a local propane center if you need more or let us know if you wish to purchase one from Vacation Alchemy.)
Target and Walmart is nearby for any other items needed during your stay.
Beach Palm Paradise has 1 Pack N Play, 1 Stroller, 1 High Chair and 1 baby gate located under the stairs in the laundry room.
